Paper Submission

Review Manuscript Submission:

Authors are invited to submit full papers written in English, with a paper length of six (6) printed pages, including figures, tables & references in IEEE double-column format (IEEE standard conference templates). Exceeding pages (up to two) will be charged an additional fee. Submissions should contain original material and not be previously published, or currently submitted for consideration elsewhere. All papers will be reviewed for scientific quality by the Technical Program Committee.

Paper submission implies the willingness of at least one author to register, at the regular rate (non-student), and present the paper. The Workshop Proceedings will be part of the ISCC 2015 Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

The IEEE ISCC 2015 SCUCA Workshop is using the EDAS Conference Management System to manage the paper submission process.

Final Manuscript Submission:

1) The camera-ready paper must follow the instructions published on the IEEE ISCC 2015 conference web site.
Papers cannot be included in the conference proceedings without a completed IEEE Copyright Form. Authors can submit the Copyright Form electronically through EDAS by going to the My Papers tab and clicking the 'c' icon in the Copyright column of your SCUCA 2015 paper.

2) Each paper cannot exceed 8 pages (6 pages plus 2 extra pages allowed with an additional fee).

3) Each paper must be registered with a FULL Registration (either IEEE Member 440EUR or Non-IEEE Member 600EUR). Each Full registration can have a maximum of two papers associated. In order to register, please follow the relevant instructions on the IEEE ISCC 2015 conference web site.

4) The deadline for submitting the camera-ready paper AND author registration is the 12th of May. Please make sure that you have completed the registration process and paid the author registration fee by that deadline.

Please note that failure to comply with any of the above instructions will automatically result in your paper being removed from the conference program and not be forwarded to IEEE for inclusion in the proceedings.

- Please, take your time to improve your paper by considering the comments of the reviewers. Also, publications within IEEE consider crucial the similarity rate which must be low; in the acceptance/reject decisions, the chairs took into account this index. Hence, we ask you to be vigilant with this issue when preparing your final manuscript.
- Also, each paper must be presented at the conference, otherwise, it will be considered as no show and will not be published by IEEE Xplore.

Please refer to the Final Submission Information and Registration on the IEEE ISCC 2015 website for further information.
